One of the most well-loved Filipino foods is called Pancit. Its primary ingredient is the noodles or also called Pancit Bihon (white colored noodles) and Pancit Canton(yellow colored noodles). There are many flavors to pick it's just based on what you like your Pancit to be like. One of my favorite Pancit on the menu is the Seafood Pancit. This is a Combination of seafood and veggies, which is good for our diet. You can get the ingredients in Asian stores or in any grocery stores near you. It is best to fill your dish with lots of different kinds of vegetables like carrots, string beans, onions, celery, bell peppers, and whatever else you like for the vegetable side of the dish. Then add in a favorite seafood item or two, could be a fish or other tasty delectables like squid, shrimp, or scallops.
