Philippine Trike- One Source of Transportation

In the Philippines, one of the vehicles that Filipino's use is the trike also known as a tricycle or a pedicab,it can also be called a sidecar. A Trike is a vehicle with three wheels, it is usually an ordinary 2 wheel motorcycle which has an added extra parts on the side with a wheel to add space for the passengers to sit and a roof to keep there heads dry.

Trike owners usually paint it with fun words and pictures, name of there kids(if they have children) and bible verses either on the front or back of there trikes. Other trike owner's add extra entertainment on it, by putting small mp3 players and speakers for music so that they can listen to there favorite music while traveling and this will also help to attract the passengers attention. This is one of the famous passenger vehicle in the Philippines, when it comes of transportation in near by towns or cities. This can also be used in transporting small types of businesses(pigs and fish vendors are just two examples of typical trike riders). There is no passenger limit in riding the trike, as long as you can hang-on tight on the sides or even sit on the roof, you are good to Go!;)making for some interesting sites of too many filipinos on a trike. This may sound crazy and dangerous but for the Filipino people riding the trike is fun and economical!   Our hands and nails are always in display and our hands is always the one who do lots of handwork.That is why, it is always susceptible of dirts. Having a clean hands and nails will make you look more gorgeous and totally hot looking.One of the things that most of the women love is to get there nails done, like cleaning and putting nail polish.Getting our nails done is not a piece of cake especially when it is our first time doing it in our own, we need to be very extra careful especially when we cut our nails and if we will cut the dead skin or the cuticle on the base and side of our fingernails.To avoid hurting ourselves and to avoid infections.For all the women out there who wants to get some ideas on how to make there hands and nails more look good and fabulous.Stick on this blog post, and read the steps below, to get some of the ideas that would help you in acquiring the nail look that you were dying for.

things you need:

Soap

nail brush

water

towel

oil or lotion

nail polish remover

cuticle remover

nail cutter

nail clippers

tweezer

nail sticker

colored nail polish

cotton balls

clear nail polish

Steps:


1. Cleaning your hands and nails. Wash your hands in warm water with soap. Grab a nail brush or clean toothbrush with a little soup to clean on and under part of your nails. Rub the soap in your wrist, between your fingers and around your nails.Then with a brush, brush your whole hands in a circular motion.  This will make your hands and nails look very clean and can help remove the dead skin in your hands. Putting nail polish in a dirty hands is useless.
2. Dry your hands.  Pat your hands with a clean towel or paper towel.
3. Massage your hands gently. Give your hands a little treat from hard days work. Gently massage your hands with either a massage oil, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, warm milk or a lotion. This will make your hands feel smooth, stress free and feel relax. Massage your hands until you are fully satisfied. Don't be rush on doing this, take your time:)... Wash or wipe your hands with a towel when you are done massaging it.
4.Put nail polish remover on your nails. If you  have an old nail polish color on your nails, use a nail polish remover, pour a small amount of nail polish into the cotton balls, and rub it in the nails  until the color will wipe-out.
5. Trim your nails. Using nail cutters or nail clippers, slowly trim your nails in the shape or on how short or long you want it to be. You might also want to use cuticle remover to soften your cuticle making it easy for you to get it out.Use a sharp nail clippers to get the dead skin or the cuticle on the base and side of your nails.You must be extra careful on doing this procedure, to prevent bleeding and not hurt yourself.
6.Pour a water with soup on your nails and brush it again, until you will not see any cut dead skin into it.
7. Paint your nails with a nail polish. Apply the first coat of nail polish in your fingernails, if you want a think color you can apply the second coat.
8. Get a nail stickers and put it in your nails before the nail color gets dry. Using a tweezer apply the nail stickers on your finger nails. Nail stickers make your nails look more sophisticated and unique.

9. Put clear nail polish. Putting a clear nail polish will be your last coat. After putting colored nail polish and stickers on your nails, make sure to put clear nail polish when it is a little dry, to keep the sticker on your nails in-order to protect the nail polish from chipping and to add shine.
10. Allow time for nail polish to dry.

        Most of the girls love to play with there nails.All girls love to put nail polish into it. Nail polish have variety of color selections, there are white,red,green,yellow, pink blue and black. In this blog, i am going to write about how to make a sexy black dotted nail look. Before, black nail polish, have  been used by the people who love emo and punk rock music.Nowadays this trend is changing, most of the people are using black nail polish, so it is not only for the rockers. Black is one of my favorite nail polish color, because it gives emphasis to our skin color which makes our skin stands out.
Doing a black dotted nails is very easy to do.
How to make it? Read below and it will tell you how..:)

Thing you need to have:

Black nail polish

Green,yellow and white nail polish

Clear nail polish

Steps:


1.Prepare your nails. Your nails should be cleaned and free from any old nail polish color .

2. Put the first coat of the black nail polish on your nails and let it dry. Make sure that it is totally dry before you apply the three nail polish colors.

3. Put the yellow nail polish near the base of your nails forming a small circle. Don't worry if it is not a perfect circle, it doesn't matter;)

4.Then, put the green nail polish on the side of your nails just above the yellow polish. Still, in a circle or a dot form.

5. Lastly, put the white nail polish on the tip of you nails. Again, form a dot or a circle just like what you did on the 3rd and 4th steps.

6.Let it dry. 

7.Apply the clear nail polish.Make sure that it is totally dry, so that the colors will not spread in the other part of the nails.

8. Let it dry for a few minutes, before touching or doing something, to avoid contaminating and sabotaging the  nail design.

A Nutritious Avocado Shake Beverage

         One of my favorite fruits is avocado, for those people who are also an avocado lover like me, they find ways on how to eat there avocado in a unique way and not just eating in its original taste. There are many kinds of dish to make with the flavor of avocado such as; avocado pie, cake, salad, avocado dipping and many more. In my part, I like making avocado shake as my beverage although,it sounds bizarre to most Americans but it is common especially to Asian people like me. Avocado shake is tasty, easy to make and very affordable in our tight budget. You will see below some of the guidelines on how to make an avocado shake.

AVOCADO SHAKE

Ingredients:

1 cup non-fat milk

1/2 to 1 cup white sugar or condensed milk

1 cup ice cubes 

2 ripe avocado fruit

blender

glass to put your finish avocado shake

Procedure:

1. Get the avocado flesh in the avocado shell and scoop the avocado flesh in the blender. 
2. Add the ice cubes, the non-fat milk and sugar or condensed milk until completely smooth and mixed.  
3. Taste and add additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
4. Serve two to four glasses.

Its delicious and nutritious beverage, give it a try and see if you like it.

Tasty Mango Float - A Filipino Dessert

All of us love desserts, where ever we are from, everyone likes a sweet tasty treat. Dessert typically comes at the end of the meal,and is usually sweetened for the taste buds to enjoy. One of my favorites that I love is Mango Float, it is especially popular with Filipinos and other tropical areas where mangoes are commonly found in the marketplace. Mango float is very easy to make, it is inexpensive thus it is suitable for you if your budget is tight. Most that get a chance to taste it and love it. See below for instructions on how to make a delicious MANGO FLOAT:

Ingredients:

Graham crackers

1 can all-purpose cream

1 can condensed milk

3 pieces of ripe mangoes(over ripe is best)

Clean Tupperware or dish to put on your mango float

Procedures:

1. Prepare the container or the Tupperware, where you are going to put the ingredients of the Mango Float, the square and rectangle shape is best.

2. Wash the mangoes thoroughly, then peel the mangoes, to get the skin, then slice the mangoes after, into thin. Or whatever you desired.

3. Mix the condensed milk and the all purpose cream in a separate bowl.

4. Fill the bottom of the dish with graham crackers evenly, you can break the crackers or you can lay it whole.

5. When the bottom of the dish, is already filled with Graham crackers, you can now,pour 1/4  amount of the mix condensed milk and cream in the dish, you can used a spoon in spreading it out, in the crackers.

6. Put a slices of mangoes on the of the graham crackers and mix condensed milk and cream evenly.

7.Repeat the steps 4,5 and 6. 

8. The top layers should be the mangoes, then pour the mix condensed milk and cream. then the crush graham crackers.

9. Put in freezer for an hour or until it is hard enough to eat. When you feel that it is hard enough, take it out in the freezer, slice and serve it. This is very delicious, sweet and good dessert, that your family, friends and visitors will love.
